"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." Mark Twain

Apus Peru is interested in building the capacity of their staff, many who have indigenous backgrounds or live in remote communities. They run an annual training day where topics include
  • wilderness first aid
  • good environmental practice
  • customer service
  • hygiene
  • equipment care
  • new dishes/ plates (cooks)
  • the training day is also an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the year and work on teamwork.
