The best (and cheapest) way to visit the highlights of Cusco and the Sacred Valley is to buy a Tourist Ticket. This ticket gives you entry to a range of sites listed below. The ticket is valid for 10 days and can be extended for another 2 more days free of charge at the Office in Avenida El Sol.

The ticket covers three tourist circuits within Cusco. Circuit One: Santa Catalina Convent, Contemporary Art Museum, Historical Regional Museum, Site Museum Koricancha, Popular Art Museum, Centre Qosqo of Native Art, Monument to the Inca Pachacutec. Circuit Two: Sacsaywaman, Q'enqo, Puka Pukara, Tambomachay Circuit Three: Pisaq, Chinchero, Ollantaytambo. Additional Circuit: Tipon, Pikillaqta Several important places are not included in this ticket including the Koricancha Temple, La Merced Temple and the Inca Museum.

The Tourist Ticket can be bought at Avenida El Sol 103 of. 102 (Tourist Galleries), Opposite InfoPeru. This is in the first block after leaving the Plaza de Armas, on the left hand side if you are walking from the Plaza. You can also buy it at an office at the corner of Calle Garcilaso and Plaza Recogcio. The ticket can be bought at almost all the sites with the exception of Historical Regional Museum, Centre Qosqo of Native Art, Tipon and Pikillaqta.

The ticket costs 130 soles (approx $40US ), or 70 soles (approx. $21 US) for students that have the ISIC card and are under 25 years of age. Please bring your passport & ISIC card as ID is required. If you do not think that you will have time to see all the sites, you can buy a Partial Ticket which is valid for only ONE DAY for the sites in ONE of the above circuits (e.g. you need to nominate which circuit you want to go on). A partial ticket costs 40 soles. You can only buy your ticket using soles. (Not dollars).

Check to see if the Boleto Turistico is included in your excursion price. We can purchase it on your behalf, on request.

You definitely need the Tourist Ticket for the Sacred Valley Tour and the City Tour!

Please note: For our City tour or Orientation tours please note that the entry fee to the Koricancha, Cathedral and Inka Museum are NOT included in the ticket and you need to purchase these separately.
