description: this is a superb off the beaten track biking trek as you cycle from the high lares pass down to the village of lares where we enjoy a soak in their hot springs. we descend further through changing scenery to the urubamba river and the junction village of chahuares. finally, we cycle to Quillabamba, famous for its coffee and fruit production.
location: we start some 3 hours drive from cusco. we return to Cusco bu bus from Quillabamba
